Terms of Use

Last updated · July 2026

By reading Nexscript or holding a membership, you agree to a few plain rules. They exist to keep the publication running fairly for everyone.

Using the site

You're welcome to read, link to and quote Nexscript within the bounds of fair use, with credit. What you can't do is republish whole articles, scrape the site at scale, resell our content, or pass off our reporting as your own. The words, images and design here belong to Nexscript or our contributors and are protected by copyright.

Your membership

An Insider pass is a personal, annual subscription tied to your account. Insider Annual is for one reader; Insider Duo covers two named seats. Please don't share login credentials beyond your plan — it's the members paying fairly who keep the free side open. We may suspend access that's clearly being shared or abused.

Acceptable behaviour

If you comment or contact us, keep it civil. We remove harassment, spam, illegal content and anything that puts other readers or our team at risk. We also reserve the right to decline or end a membership for serious or repeated breaches, refunding any unused, unearned portion where fair.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep Nexscript accurate and online, but we can't guarantee the site is error-free or available every second. Journalism carries the views of its authors and may be updated as stories develop — see our Disclaimer. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as Nexscript grows. If we make a material change, we'll flag it on this page and, for members, by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to [email protected].
