The short version: we collect the least we can, we use it only to run Nexscript, and we don't sell it. Ad-free means tracker-free.

What we collect

When you request an Insider pass or write to us through a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose, and any message you add. If you subscribe to the free briefing, we collect your email address. That's it — we never ask for card numbers on this site, and we don't run advertising trackers that follow you elsewhere.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply, to send you a payment link, to set up and manage your membership, and to deliver the newsletter you asked for. Your phone number lets us reach you quickly if there's a question about your order. We don't use any of it to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Membership and order records are kept while your pass is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle billing, refunds and legal obligations. Newsletter data lives until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any issue. If you ask us to delete your details and we're not required to keep them, we will.

Who sees it

Only the Nexscript team and the service providers that help us operate — for example email delivery and payment processing. They act on our instructions and aren't allowed to use your data for their own ends. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can object to certain uses and withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time. For how we use cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
